You will not break anything, you could have someone (soft toss) balls for you. Swinging a (wifflebat) 2-3 times a week (50-l00 swings) will definitely increase your bat speed (Based on Ray Demarini's THE SECRET TO ULTIMATE BAT SPEED) IT WORKS. Bat speed is the answer to hitting, whether its singles or home run. |

Rode exercise bicycle every day & did exercises per physical therapist examples. Played 75 games since l May 07. (Major or Major plus (65) Current age 69 (Pitch or outfield) Recoopment app. 60 days give or take. Still improving every day, exercise (3 times a week, weight, pushup etc. ((Retired airborne soldier, your success is predicated on your heart.
