Discussion: SO CAL STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS - Women’s 50s Major

See you are blowing everything out of proportion. We are still trying to keep the women's teams alive. We don't not have that many women's teams in Southern California. A majority of the women are still working and taking care of children. I am not saying men don't either. So don't start that thread. We are not stupid, we know you have to accommodate all teams. Since I have been playing the women teams we have be push to parks way out in the ten buck two, been at the parks late night while everyone else is gone, parks with a out house and nothing to snack on etc. So don't jump on the women's team. We just ask a question. If I was retired I would love to play all the time but I am not. We also appreciate last year at the state to start on Saturday in Lancaster. That tournament was ran well. Sometime I think that 3 GGG is to much playing. We are older now we don't need all those games. That just me talking. Like Pool play on the Las Vegas worlds don't mean nothing if 1st and 2nd is already awarded to the team that attend the National. What about the team that won the world, why aren't they accommodated. Riddle me that!! Gentleman enjoy your day!.

Yes I Agree. I guess we will wait until your return from Reno. You really can make it a one day.

Discussion: Parks for a Women

We were fine at Arroyo Grande. Why are we shipped to Pinnacle Park, away from everyone . No concession stands, no shade etc. just once can the women play at a decent park. No women teams should be at Hollywood Park , outhouses no concession stands. Dos Equinos- Batthroom is up the hill, no concession stands. Why why why. Just venting. That is all

Discussion: What is the address for Del Webb Summerlin Park????

Very Disappointed!!!. We use to play with the Major men or some of the 40's men teams. Whomever did the field assignments this is the (2) year we got jerk around. Question!! Why did you put us away from everyone for 2 days. We have husbands and men friends playing as well in the (40) division.
This is my last post on this website!!
I lost all respect for Senior Softball.

Also you never reply anyway!!!!!!!

I just need a address for Del Webb Summerlin Park and does it have a concessions stand and a bathroom and not an outhouse?

Discussion: Arroyo Grande & Dos Esquelas Park

Can the womens Major plus 40's play at Arroyo Grande both days. This year could we play at a place with a real concession stand and bathroom. One again the men teams get the best of (2) worlds. The always get the best fields, bathroom and concession stands. :(

Discussion: Field Assignment for Las Vegas April 28 and 29th

Field Assignment - Here we go again with the park situation. Why do we always have to be at a park with no concession stands and decent bathroom. We are women and women need to do a little bit more than men. Hollywood Park and Don E park are no parks for women. Once again we far away from wveryone else. Why Why Why

Why is it that the women's 40's and 50's teams always get thrown undrneath the bus when it comes to field assignments. The park we are playing, I have never heard of and I have relative that stayed in Las Vegas and they never heard of this park. We have relatives, friends and spouses playing out there on April 28th and 29th and we will not get to see one game because we are too far away from the mens 40's. It use to be we would play at the same park. Its bad enough we had to do it in arizona, now we are doing it here in Las Vegas. It sure takes the fun out of things. I'm just saying.
