The main reason our team likes ISSA is the Home Run rule, in Major its 6 - 1 up and if one is hit over the limit its a out. We won 60 Major world in SSUSA 2 years ago when it was 5 hr's and out's. Since both SPA & SSUSA have went to walks over the limit our local league team has had a hard time competing.

Mike,Icelady is our scorekeeper and she only smiles when we are winning.lol Thanks for the kind words from you and Steve,we do play hard and don't do bad for a local league team. The 20 run last inning you all had took a little wind out of us.

wagon487,I agree with you. The Umps call time and then take a 10 to 20 minute break. Almost every game both teams are ready to play but are waiting on the Umps,if they knew the games was going 7 inning maybe this would not happen. I know after a game they need to go to restroom get a cold drink etc but this can be done while one team is leaving dugout and new team coming in 5 minutes max.

Looking foward to a great time. Take it easy on our league team. We won 60M last year in PHX when over the limit homeruns were outs but with 12 and then walks I don't but we will play hard and make some new friends.

No we are not going to VA. We were thinking about it had sent in our entry fee but 2 guys got hurt, 1 on vacation, with only a few teams and a 7 hour drive we decided not to go. See everyone in Dalton. Is Butch Hayes playing with you this year?

Jim & Joe's will be in Dalton for SPA,Columbus IN for ISA and Vegas. We have been playing 55 Major with our age 60 roster but have found out the 5 years is to much to give up.We have not played a 60M+ team all year so take it easy on us.
