OK Dave. Point blank question. Can an entire team that played 55M age up and play together as a 60 Major team?

Ok I think I have my answer but, will confirm with SSUSA office.

This is what I found in a previous-similar posted question.

Per this posted SSUSA response an entire 55M team could not play 60M due to players being rated higher unless less than 6 players.

If a team ages up, and regardless of their rating and how they got it, they keep the same rating from the younger level if there are six (6) or more players aging up with the team ... If five or less age up, the team's rating will be determined by the rating experience histories of the entire player group, including "new to the team" players on the successor roster ...

May play ONE R/I less than HIGHEST R/I as one of three
"out-of-rating" players allowed on that team's roster

A team retains its rating unless it falls below 4 players from the original team.

55M rating is not the same as 60M. Are you stating that 55M rating drop once you age up? So in essence you would have an entire team composed of players rated as 7 which appears to be out of rating for 60M (6).It has always been said that player rating follow a player for 2 years and a team could field with only 3 out of rating Players. Per your statement ratings drop once you age up.

We are a 60M team that has a rating of 6. We are looking to add 4 players that aged up to 60 but played 55M (7 rating) last season. Can we add all 4 or more Players and still play 60 Major?

"walking the box or stepping out of the box does not necessarily mean that you're "hitting the middle" or "at the pitcher". I've seen hitters called out for being out of the box. I've been called out for being "out of the box" but, never seen a hitter called for unintentionally hitting the middle.(in or out of the box)

I would say with some degree of certainty that more hitters are out of the box than within the box (lines) with no harm done nor intended.

At Utah one umpire interpreted the same as geeksquad stated . His only caveat to his Rule interpretation was that the batter would only be called out if he hit the pitcher.

Must intentionally walked batter touch first base before having a runner for him?

Wayne "A fielder can run 20 yards with the ball in his glove, but the out shouldn't be called until they actually have gone into the glove and taken the ball out"

I have caught a ball in the outfield for the third out of the inning and carried the ball all the way into our dugout from the outfield without taking the ball out of my glove. Are you stating that we don't have an OUT?!

Should be very careful how the term "rating exemption" is used.

Any player who was deemed to have been a contributor/member of the team that earned the upgrade will carry that rating change forward ... There are, obviously, unique circumstances from team to team and player to player, so if you find yourself in that situation, please don't hesitate to call the SSUSA Home Office at (916) 326.5303 to discuss your options ...

Quick out of context question.
Will signing the Waiver that we are required to sign add Players to the SSUSA roster or should anyone signing the Waiver already be on the roster prior to Tourney.

Team A and Team B both enter a TOC tourney in the same age group. Both teams are on the schedule to play. Team A withdraws the day of the tourney. Can players from Team A simply be allowed to add their names to Team B and play in the Tourney without a signed release from Team A?
