bkb555. I agree with you in theory but, neither Miken,Dudley nor Reebok took orders for bats before they had a factory to make them.

Nothing more will be gained by the continued regurgitation of the same facts. The inital thread said it all. It is what it is.

The (law)Courts have the final say and there are no bats forthcoming.I don't think that any more needs to be said. This is no surprise. Truth be told I think that we ALL knew getting a bat was a stretch goal anyway.

Thin2 Win. You ranted and then claimed that you have "zero dog in the fight".

it's Not the ball JT25. A warm ball will break a cold bat.

Discussion: Bat weights

Its across the board.Doesn't matter if it's Miken, worth,Reebok you'll find the same weight issue. Like garyheifner I weigh each and every bat that I purchase and the knob weight rarely is the same as the bat.If I'm not mistaken and this may be corrected if I'm wrong.

The knob sticker indicates the swing weight and not the actual weight of the bat. Both the total weight and the balance point result in what the bat is "stickered". The same shell is used for both an endload bat an balanced bat.The sticker weight or swing weight is then determined by balance point and or amount of endload.

Understand the enormous task of running a event as large as this tourney but, could you simply list the winners and runners -up of each division?

Discussion: ratings

We'll always have complaints and there will always -ALWAYS be mistakes made when attemtping to rate teams base on the small data sample that is used. SSUSA move up or down is based on basic fact that meets their criteria. That being said I think that typically you'll find the rating are fairly accurate. Winning at the next level takes time as did your current level. Just because you don't win a tourney or doesn't neccesarily mean that you are playing in the wrong (higher)class. There are a set group of "move up" tourneys that if you win you get moved up. That too is simply part of the criteria. Overall SSUSA does a good job with the rating. Not Playing 3 years to get re-rated is/was just a waste of three years.

Not sure why anyone would be impressed by the video.Every bat that you've tested -every video you shoot shows the same thing - You hitting the ball out of some park or another.Hitting it far is what you do. If you really want to showcase a bat shoot a video with the average Joe Smith or someone that just likes to play and wants a good durable softball bat.Ball going far doesn't say much and can be accomplished with any senior bat. jmo
