| Sept. 11, 2008 headbully | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: New 40 Men's Masters Rule so what your saying is if you have 1 player on major list or 8 players those teams will have to play major plus. what if only 1 team has major players on it and we all know who i have been bitching about, are they just going to play by themselves or will you cave in and let them play if no one else shows with major player. |
| Sept. 7, 2008 headbully | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: 40 and over phoenix worlds senor sammy, i left several messages for terry, he doesnt want to say anything to make sure he gets the teams to pay the 550. put jk in the upper by themselves and all other 40 and over in the lowers, i already told my guys after usssa detroit, nsa st louis and wsl reno i am not shelling out another 10k for this bullshit, i got a great idea terry grow a sack and returna phone call and make a decision. as of now we are out, and i hope others follow suit |
| Aug. 31, 2008 headbully | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: 40 and over phoenix worlds I realize that on any given day yadda yadda yadda. however when you are talking about 8 players who are currently being paid to play every weekend, at the highest level, it has nothing to do with ssusa. however you are correct ther are upper and lowers, we are an upper, and different to most teams i sponsor the team. so i am deciding to save the 10k and not go to this tournament, i have left numerous messages for the powers that be at ssusa, but no return calls. |
| Aug. 29, 2008 headbully | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: 40 and over phoenix worlds you think wallaca and rulli showed in reno for free. wallace said even though resmondo had 4 weekends in a row the money he got paid to play in reno was to good to pass up. again to each there own but those guys get paid everyweek to play which is ok in the usssa byl;aws above the B level. I guess someone might have to make a decision. |
| Aug. 29, 2008 headbully | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: 40 and over phoenix worlds we are all entitled to our own opinions, it is more the principal of the deal than anything else. we play usssa and nsa c i am spending the $ to take my teams to those worlds. if there was a team that was allowed 9 current major/a players we wouldnt go. i really dont care and i have my own views on this. besides i will save 10k since i fully sponsor all my teams, i just dont pay people to play. |
| Aug. 29, 2008 headbully | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: 40 and over phoenix worlds JK inc we played them in reno as well as phoenix last year, i have asked what the classification requirements are but anyone can play. i decided to not waste the 10k it costs to play a bunch of current major and A players, who get paid to play softball. |
