Discussion: Congratulations to Kaysons Grille

Hey SAG and 400. I play for the Bandits and I got to tell you we really do have a great group of guys and we really do have fun. You Kayson guys are a great group of guys. And yea the me thing is really good cause when someone hits a solo we just get on him without mercy. As we won the winter worlds in Vegas in November we qualified for the TOC in February, 2010 as a 50 major. If you guys get moved up looked forward to playing you again. I'll be the little lefty limping around in left field chasing your b-b's off the fence. Have a good summer of softball. Stay healthy. Randy

don't know what the right answer is but i'm fighting this problem right now. went to a foot specialist and got a "boot" to wear at night which in effect pulls your toes back towards your knee, which stretches the tendon while you sleep. the dr. told me this will allow the tendon to heal in the elongated position all night. additionally, i ice my heel about 1/2 hour just before putting the boot on for the night. believe me it will take a while before it heals. make sure you stretch the tendon in the morning when you get up. good luck

hey dc. if dickie doo doesn't start hitting like a 4 hitter we are going to have to talk to keith about putting 10 in the 4 hole the way he hit in phoenix. i've never seen a guy who hits 800 and only hits the ball 125'
