| May 28, 2013 dand | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Anyone used or tried compression socks ? I have used smooth toe compression socks for the past 2 years. Think they are great. My legs are no longer as tired or achy after playing 3 games or more in a day. After 2 years, the compression is still there. They are not cheap but to me worth the price. |

Did not play after surgery for year and returned in 2003 and have been playing since that time. A few aches now and then but nothing that has stopped me from playing again. |

The other team was Dallas Academy which has eight girls on its varsity team and about 20 girls in its high school. It is winless over the last four seasons. The academy boasts of its small class sizes and specializes in teaching students struggling with "learning differences," such as short attention spans or dyslexia. They were still shooting 3 pointers in the 4th qtr and were up 59-0 at half-time. My opinion is that the winning coach should have shown some mercy. You cannot compare softball to basketball. |
