| Aug. 4, 2011 monts39 | Topic: Bats Discussion: Reebok Customer Service I broke my Reebok Mele after about 50-60 swings..called Reebok and they told me to send it back to them..they received it on june 22nd I in turn followed up with a phone call after tracking it and confirmed that they got it..left a message with no return call...after 23 more phone calls with no return phone call and no communication from them what soever I finally called and asked to speak to a manager,who basically blew me off...it is by far the worst customer service I personally have ever dealt with in my life..I told him that it really was not about the bat any more it was about their lack of customer service..I can promise this I will never by another Reebok product as long as I live!!! |

| June 13, 2011 monts39 | Topic: Bats Discussion: REEBOK MELE DURABILITY As I posted before...I loved the Bat but was uncertain of the durability..5 tournaments counting the one this weekend in Oakdale..."it broke".so im going to rule that one out...i still have my 1.5 year old miken ultra 2 end load..and still good to go..do any of these last?..i will try the new demarini senior bat when its available..but so far my red miken still the best.. |
