Tom | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: effect of interference call by umpire in all other associations you may have to throw the ball but in ssusa the 2 years in the rule book it say you do not need to throw the ball. So you can have interference without throwing the ball..In the original question about 1st and 3rd I think you would call the guy out at third otherwise you could crash into the second baseman so the winning run could score(Let's say)I think you would never reward the offence for interference.. |

Tom | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: NW recreational Tournaments (Washington State) In the N.W.(Washington State) for teams looking to get into a recreational tournaments go to the tournament page of ssusa and at the top left of the tournament page it say's 2016 tournaments and under that there is a small tab that say's all tournaments and recreational tournaments. Please click onto the recreational tab to get the N.W. rec tournaments... Has anybody else had a problem finding the recreational tournaments?? Tom Israelson |

Tom | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: I need feedback from 40 teams for 2016 My name is Tom Israelson in seattle Washington and I am thinking about putting on a 40's tournament at the RAC in lacey Washington the last weekend of aug. 2016 for 40's in a winner take all. I will pay the winners way to senior worlds(695.00) I can only pay 1 winner so it would be a tournament of 40 AA, 40AAA and Major(The whole tournament as a equalizer), not sure if I will include Major plus at this time. I will need to have a least 16 teams at 375.00 5GG.. I do not have all the info right now but just trying to see if it might be a good idea..So with that said who would think about coming to this tournament if I put it on?? |
