we have to hit the sock's in our young league & the 2013 flipper hit's the best ,I was taking batting practice with it 3yr's ago getting ready for vegas,I was hitting the sock much better with it,but was hitting the harder ball's as far over the fence as with my ultra 2's and I have at least one black ultra 2 that has ever been made asa stamps the one's with no stamp's to the one's with the ssusa stamp's on it.I even have a couple with the recessed knob's,most people don't kno what that bat is,have to be a true miken man to kno!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you need to keep bats clean I see some guy's doing it between at bat's not me but I do think keeping your bar clean(just keep an old towel in your bag just wipe it off before you hang it up or put away.try not to throw on diamond dust, throw in grass.

hey crump got a good 65 player on our league fast not as fast as billy o,good glove infield or outfield , hit's well not a lot of power ,bats right goes to all fields .maybe I can bring him to indy and you can take a look at him.I think he is 68,ask bill or kevin about him.

Discussion: SCREENS IN TOURNAMENTS

papa who do you kno that can throw the ball that far.I pitch in our league your pitcher is your cut off man only comes in play from center field.we have used the screen for five yr's haven't seen anyone hit it yet from the defence side.

Discussion: SCREENS IN TOURNAMENTS

the screen needs to be 6'6" you don't want that ball hitting the top bar and then hitting you in the eye ,don't worry about any ball passing the screen ,the pitcher won't be fast enough to get to thos anyway.we have a screen in our league it cost $160.00 (I donated it to league)work's great every once in a while someone will hit it,but not often.sure open's the middle up,you can go there with no fear of ever hitting anyone.
