| Feb. 25, 2009 rocket man | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Host Hotel Surcharge this host hotel incentive is just another way to keep the entry fees high. many of the teams in the spring nationals come from the central fl. softball hotbed. nearly all of them live w/in easy driving distance of the tournament.in these hard economic times we need a break from these excessive entry fees and not a double standard that punishes local teams. some people just don't get it that by considerable lowering fees you would get many more teams to particapate. |
