Steve our team meeting for scheduling the 2016 tournaments is in the middle
of Feb. Maybe you should give Joe Lee or Jim Myers a call. You know it would be a yes vote
for me. Good Luck.

I hope Combat is following Dudley and Mikens durability. Love the way Combat swings. I still have
9 of them.

Curly67 are you a singles or power hitter. I normally hit 1 or 2 in tourneyments. Depends if I'm hitting against the win. Turn 67 in Dec. so I guess the HR's while be a memory soon.

Glad to see your still doing the tournament. I always loved to go play at those fields. For some reason the ball flys for good distance. Hopefully we'll end up playing at your tourney.

Qnine that is good news for me I have a 28oz. 2015 end load. Took it out today and my new 27oz. HyperZ out for the first time. First round of 18 a piece Hyper a little stiff and the One felt better with good distance. Second round of 18 a piece. 310ft. Fence Hyper hit 1 over and the One hit 2 over. The Hyper feels stiff at 36 swings and the One feels great for my swing at 36. Great bats for the price I paid for them.

Thanks for the info Jim. I had a 2014 end load One and it hit great but at that time it had durability issues for my swing. I guess at around 150 swings she was gone. Before the Dudley I didn't have a Senior bat last longer than 300 if I was lucky.

Just got one for a good price. Wondering if anyone had a chance to hit with it at bp. Had the 2014 and it hit well but durability was an issue.

Discussion: Major Plus Out of Area Players

2016 will be my 2nd year of not playing SSUSA due to my 2014 team Rimfire 4:13 disbanded after winning the 65Majors in Vegas. Closes team is 65M+ team is 8 hrs or so from TN. Most all the teams are filled. If you ask most of my friends I was never even a Major player. Just an avg. AAA Player. I'm getting up in age so I can live with my level of play. Just out playing senior ball and having fun with the time I have left in life.
See ya'll at the ball park.

Discussion: The New Ultra 2 Black Line

Getting up in age at 67 and I hardly ever hit what I call the sweet spot. What I like about the new Miken Ultra Blacks is the large sweet spot. These bats for my swing hits what I call the handle well. Great durability at around 500 swings and distance is up there with the top senior bats. I believe my batting avg. will get higher cause of the sweet spot is larger. Not to worried about long balls to much my age now.

I have 400 swings on my 28 oz and 27oz Big Cats. They hit for distance as far as last years Big Cat with a much larger sweet spot with durability. Thanks Alan for putting the video out on the new Max load.

Put around 180 hits on it now and the sound started to change at 135 swings. Great sweet spot and getting farther distance now. I'm real satisfied with the Big Cat Black. Suppose to rain tomorrow and no hitting for me.

Discussion: New Miken Big Cat Black

Alan Tanner with Team 1 Sports was right about the new Miken Big Cat Black. I hit with some well used Baden fire balls. Like Alan if it ain't raining I'm hitting. I guess I have around 200 to 300 hits on these fireballs. So the fire balls are not new out the box. I will be 67 this year and before I hit 50 balls I was hitting line drives 310ft with a slight against me. Thank you Miken and trusting Alan with great info. P.S. I'm only 5ft 8" 190lbs. It's not all about the home runs. This bat hits great line drives. Thanks Alan

Got my Big Cat Black 28oz. Alan hit it right on the sweet spot is the hole barrel. My batting avg. will go up at lease 50 pionts with this bat. Put 60 swings on it today and for my swing it's game ready. Thanks for the info Alan.
