| Dec. 7, 2012 Gunny2 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Miniscus surgery Had my done 14 Nov 2012,stay on crutches for 2 days then walk with some pain but I started pt 27 Nov 2012. I had a torn minicus, lost a lot of cartliedge and he even scrap the knee bone to get some arthrietis off . P/T is going well and even if you get a chance to go to the pool will help I should be ready by the end of the year or the first week of Jan 2013. The pool is great because I did it for the shoulder, was set up for 16 appts. was done by 6 appts, be sure you listen to your body and don't push it to hard and ask your P/T about the pool. They had know real clue what to call but they called it both ways so you had to just laugh and go with it. |

I think all directors need to look into this, start pool play saturday a m and then bracket play if you have to go into the evening. Just a thought..... |
