Its great for those who don't play a whole lot of league ball, & what is good about this you meat a whole lot of people young & old, slow & fast, and most of all funny. I've been using it for years, even now that the sweat band gets wore out I just buy Nike, Underarmor or whatever & I make a cut on the back side & insert the old plastic into it. Just a thought.
