Discussion: NEW WHITE VETERAN BAT

Just got back from hitting with my 50 & over tourney team. I was swinging my GBA 26oz veteran bat. It was about 50 degrees out. The bat had about 75 swings on it prior to today. This bat is starting to open up really good now. The ball was going 325 plus with nice easy swings. Maybe this maybe is a cold weather senior bat? Haha!

Discussion: Miken Durability

Had a brand new 29oz Miken Ultra ll. Pulled it out last Saturday to hit, the weather was about 70 degrees. The bat broke on the 20th hit. The first bucket of balls. The bat had no marks on it except for the side that was smashed. I called Miken and explained to them what happened. They gave me a RA number and said they would look at it, but couldn't promise anything. Well I heard from Miken and they are going to replace my bat for me. THANK YOU MIKEN !

I have a update on my senior Toxic: took 10 more swings and CRACK! Bat broke. It was good while it lasted.

Just got the hook up on a senior toxic with about 50 swings on it. I took 5 swings with 44/.375 balls. I hit 4 balls about 350 plus. Is this bat that good? Hit with the Miken ultra ll, Ultra ll maxload and the Ultra the day before and they had good pop, but nothing like the Toxic. There is no cracks on Toxic but some paint chip. Will this be a issue in tournament play? What are my options with this bat?
Thanks

I just took some swings with my GBA senior bat and it felt pretty good. Hit a couple out about 330ish. You can tell it needs some more hits on it.

Discussion: What bats are legal in senior ball?

I got the lady virus in a trade. I had a extra MV1. Just got back from hitting and I used a ultra ll, ultra, ultra ll maxload and the Lady virus. They all performed well, but if you can get a hold of LV and it doesn't bother you it's 33" you should invest in one. They maybe more durable than the ultras and possibly more pop.
Good luck

I have a combat lady virus that is 1.20 certified. Would it be legal to use in ssusa? It's also 33/26.
Thanks
