| Feb. 20, 2013 Themikeyman | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Sal Silva Passed Away 1/28/2013 I found out just this last Sunday that Sal had passed away. We became friends thru different tournaments, Sunday mornings in Burbank, and then on Tues and Thurs BP in Burbank. He was an amazing ball player that could do it all. When the ALS hit him, he would still come out and hit even if it was not up to his standards. Watching him was unbelievable. I will miss him. By the way Tammy, that was a great article on your dad.
