It is a sad day today for the New Jersey Hitmen and for all of senior sfotball that I have to announce the passing of my good friend and teammate Homer Wimbush. Homer left us last night and will be pitching for the big team now. Homer has many friends around the country and I know his big booming laugh will be missed by all. Please say a prayer today for Homer and his family. Thank you.

On behalf of the NJ Hitmen, we hope Mike and Jimmy are OK and recovering well. Jimmy lived on the same block as our Manager growing up, so we know the best place for a Jersey guy to get hit is in the head!! You are two great guys and we hope to see you soon, our prayers are with you.

Don, thanks for the message. On behalf of the HITMEN I just want to say you guys are fun to play because you play hard and are great competitors. We have had some real good games with you this year and we enjoy the competition. For me personally, it is great to play against Bruce and RT and the guys I used to play with whe I lived in Ga. Are you huys going to Phoenix? Good luck the rest of the year and hopefully we will see you soon.

This was a great tournament and the 55 Major division was really a group of great guys and evenly matched teams. I will never forget the 3 hour 46 to 45 epic we had with the Titans. This had to be the most grueling, but fun game I have ever played in. We also had 2 great games with Kayson Grille and congratulations to them on winning the championship. For me it was fun, as always to see many of my former teammates and friends from Georgia and Arkansas as well as all the other friends I have made around the country.

Is this Davey Richardson?? I wish you lived in Jersey, you can play on my team anytime. I can't think of any other Dave R from the Riggers. Jeff Hitt

It is amazing, we were talking about it last night. When you have a product that works, why change it? Makes no sense from a marketing standpoint. They had the market!! Now they have opened the door. If the guy that made this decision worked for me he would have a lot of explaining to do. The best thing Miken can do is put the MSU2 back into production immediately. They don't even have to admit the mistake........just move forward and save their market share.

Hey buddy, congrats on the power display!! Nice to see RT was in the competition.........just like the old days on Georgia Masters. I am down to my last U 2, so you think the combat is equal? I have been hitting the Mayhem 98 for my ASA bat and I really like it. At least as good as the original freak. Hitting 320 right out of the wrapper. Good luck at TOC and see you this summer.

Discussion: Eyeglasses and seeing the ball?

i wear the same kind of lenses and use just my distnce prescription lenses in single vision when i play. i forgot them once and tried to use my regular glasses and it was a disaster. i have always used the single vision and it seems to work great, at least for me.
