Buckys team was undefeated in the 50's when we left and Sportsplex 55's was waiting on the loser also.

Harry,
Only 2 teams. Us and the Bucs. We played 1 practice game and then 2 out of 3.
3 games for $500. That does not sound fair. He did offer us another practice game but it was against the 50 majors and we told him that we would pass since we were mostly 65.

Yes they are out of Maryland. They did get several of their 55 up this year. We played them in Myrtle beach this year and they are stronger.
See everyone in Dalton,

Looks like 8 teams. I think we had 8 about 2 or 3 years ago. It will be nice to get to play some different teams.
Also maybe High Street or Jim and Joes may want to come join in on the fun.
It could be anyones tourney with all these teams.

Larry,
That is what happens when you beat all of these teams. Maybe you need to put in the subs against some of these teams.
Did any of these guys ever play years ago? If so, what happen? If you were scared years ago you stayed home becvause everyone played each other.
Some of the lower level teams what to beat up on their own class but most do NOT want to step up even in practice games and play better teams?
If they are that scared why don't they stay home.
We (Turn Two)have had to drop down and play younger major plus teams and we took our whipping and moved on. We did win some and it felt good.
Good luck,
Donnie

You are not suppose to be able to drop 2 classes in most associations. That is why I look at other teams rostters to see if they dont have any out of area players if they are not allowed. Only one class. M+ would be to major. If you have a rule everyone should follow or throw out the rules.

Thanks,
Donnie

I think I do remember the palm springs tourney being a 4 day years ago. We only went 1 time and they may be why we never went back.

Just looked at the 65's for the Vegas world in Oct. and it is scheduled for 4 days. There will probably on be 4-6 65 major plus teams there and they say 4 days.
Who has played in a 4 day event?

When a 60 major drops down and plays a 55 triple a teamthere are no runs given. They should play straight up. You also play by the lower home runs which should help the lower team some like Gary stated.
