GSC bat
Will some major bat company buy the GSC so the bat can be produced and sold. That may be the agenda and a good solution. If the solid core senior bat is viable, a take over seems reasonable.

Don't forget it's all about integrity. Says plenty about those who were involved. Might have been a good bat, but start ups have a tough go at it.
Those 'Monstra's' if I got the spelling right is likely another victim.

To All - God's Sports Company is currently in the process of placing the final touches on full production capabilities for the best softball bat in the history of the game.

Please call my office line @ (949) 600-7574 or my cell @ (949) 702-3880 for accurate updates as opposed to some of the inaccuracies that seem to be floating around.

Again, thanks to all of those who were defrauded by Mr. Gately for patiently waiting for the P413. The new GSC will make good for each one of you by sending you a P413 in place of bats never received even though we are in no way obligated to do so. It is simply the right thing to do.

I don't work for GSC and I don't sell bats.

I went by the GSC distribution warehouse yesterday and Chip gave me a tour of the facility.

For those that doubt the validity or viability, considering the lease rates for commercial buildings in SoCal, Steve has way to much money invested to not have it happen.

Clock starts when he starts taking our money, until then, be patient.

softball4b,

Mke, Two things
1. About 2 months ago I had a post reply to my post from this GSC poster the requested I call him. I did, he was about to take a vacation to FL. We talked about the bat. I was told I'd get one when they were produced after he got back from the vacation a little over a week from then... Still no bat here, but I really didn't expect it to show up given the history.
2. At least 3 years ago money was sent to get one of these from players... I have not read any post that one was received from GSC. So did that Timex stop working or what...?

The other manufacturers need some sort of competition and this bat could do it especially with the years warranty and reasonable cost with it, if it proves durable.

Yes, so cal real estate s costly but that is just another excuse. Be clad your not up here working in 100* plus weather.

Some day they may be sent out, but .....

Mike wondering if you went to Morrow Bay last weekend?

Not in Morrow Bay, playing in San Clemente next weekend then balmy Dalton..100 degrees, my wife told me when we retire we can't go anywhere hot, sticky, or has bugs. I guess we are staying here and I will work until I die.

I agree, too much talk about when the bat will be available for the public. Once you ring that bell then expectations build and that train ain't going back to the station.

Just saying 10,000 sq ft at 1.14 (my estimate) lease rate gets pretty expensive pretty quick especially since you have not taken anyone's money.

I am not defending the marketing effort to date, I am only sharing information, how you process it is entirely up to you.

Jason,
I’d like to thank Steve & the GSC company for making good on the promises of helping those that were did wrong by Mr.Gatley…..(Believe me I know you are NOT in any way responsible for this) When Steve first told me about the ordeal he had take upon…..Well all I can do is commend GSC! In today’s world of business & the ME ME attitudes out there, it nice to see a company be like the old days” MY WORD IS MY BOUND” Thanks again I look forward to swing the new P13 or is it P14?...lol

Large facility, I agree. Hope you didn't need to sign a confidentiality agreement, lol.

I asked about MB cause there were some good teams there. I don't attend them cause the brackets are usually mixed and lopsided. Used to go to Santa Maria all the time but that too has now changed.

Jason,
I had three of these senior bats n broke two...I sold the third to avoid breakn it! I know I was dealn with Bill, but it seems that release dates are still a problem. Maybe that's why many of us are cautious! Really would've like to swing a new model in the tropics....Good luck n God bless, Aloha, Fabe

If past direct contact had resuled in better information we might follow your suggestion. Open forum seems appropriate. We are all hopeful for GSC. We are on your side and just want accurate information available to all.

Jason,
I'm a bit confused on the production process. It seems that it was over 2 months ago that the P413 received its approval from Dr. Brandt's office.
Then GSC (and a few random players from other teams) used it in Reno. Then you recently mentioned that the production was/is delayed for 'a few finishing touches'. Are these merely cosmetic in nature or are they structural?

IMHO....because the manufacturers primary business is NASCAR related and not softball, they probably only had one machine tooled to manufacture the prototype. When the prototype was approved, the manufacturer had to order or build more of the machines that produce the bats and the process took longer than expected. I also expect that existing orders from their current clients took precedent over this start up project.

Again this is just speculation, I do not expect to see bats on sale to the public prior to Sept. The last thing GSC should do is take people's money until those shelves are filled with bats.

With a warehouse costing 12-15 grand a month, I expect Steve/Investors are as anxious as the public is. Remember this is California bad publicity is just as good as good publicity, because more people like to gossip than communicate. Just saying...till then swinging THE DIRTY and loving life.

By reading your posts on this thread I get the impression that the GSC bats are being manufactured somewhere in California.
IS THAT CORRECT?

As everyone knows, the former owner of GSC took monies form people without ever delivering product.

The last thing God's Sports Company wants to do is go to market without being able to provide same day or next day shipments to everyone who buys a bat. This means we will have thousands of bats on the shelf prior to release.

In a nutshell, we are abundantly blessed and grateful that the # of people waiting to buy the P413 is extremely large & growing daily.

This being the case, new tooling & new molds are being created as I type to give us the capability to build 300+ bats per day.

The good news is that the P413 design & approval are completed. Every prototype of the production model has gone 2000-3000 swings, has the largest sweet spot of any bat out there, hits/out hits all our competitor's bats, & comes with a full 1-year warranty.

Please know we are working feverishly to release bats but will NOT do so until we are fully prepared to do it right. Someone once told me, "Do it right or don't do it @ all."

Thanks to all for your continued patience & interest in the P413 bat.

Jason,

I would like to Request GSC to send Alan Tanner (Tri18) several Bats for independent Testing. As you may know, Alan is one of the Most Honest, Respected, and Trusted Advocates/Consultants out there in the Senior Softball Community!? I've dabbled in my own Research, but have found that my Evaluation Needs have been met when Consulting with Alan (Team 1 Sports) . . .

Not that I don't have Faith in your Product, I'm merely stating that if you Truly Believe in your Product, you may just want Alan's Stamp of Approval and/or Blessings (IMHO) ! ? ! ?

Best Regards,
