Las Vegas 60 M+
Just wanted to get an idea who is coming to Vegas for Worlds in 60 M+. Line Drive---after the game we played against you in Dalton-45-38 3 hour affair, it would be fun to have a rematch. Congratulations on winning it all. Also was fun to play Hollis and Superior-seems like we do not get over the hump against you guys, but hope to see you again in Vegas. Edge Construction-TRex and the rest-Also hope you can make it. Joe Brown's will be there. D&K, Timberworks? Anyone else? It would be fun to have 10 teams or more!!!

Webbie, good to see you and the west coast boys in Dalton! We had our typical let down in Dalton but the Hollis team will see you guys in Vegas. Looking forward to another competitive tournament! Line Drive played well and we hope they will show up as well as Superior and Edge from the east coast!

Mr. Manassas-I didn't realize you played for Superior. I think we are going to play 13 defensive players against you next time to plug the holes!!
Bruce-I know it will be tough to watch, but I'm betting you come out just as strong as you were. The fact that you are going to be there speaks for itself.
db14-see you in Sacramento
AudieH-always great to talk to you and play you guys. Someday.....

Webbie, Mr Manassas pitches and bat 2nd for Superior. I played on teams with him for several years while Living in Virginia. Outstanding player!

Yes, I think I know now who he is-they hit every hole in our 'defense' the last game in Dalton, and I think he threw a fast ball past me, too. My memory is so poor, probably from too many concussions, that I have to play against people a lot to remember them. But I try, and my apologies to those I didn't remember. (I do remember my wife most of the time, though. What's her name is my rock).

60 Major Plus is really stepping up with some very good teams. Looking forward to Las Vegas and the number of quality teams that hopefully will be playing in Sin City. We played in Dalton SPA and I was very impressed with the overall quality of play by all the teams. Every game was a battle with all teams competing at a very high level. It was great to see Bruce and TRex with Edge, Audie and Ed fielded a very good Hollis team, Clatter, Tommy, Andy, RayRay and the rest of Superior was as competitive as always and Line Drive was loaded with Big Arm John, Wags, Jack and the rest of the team outstanding really playing great senior softball.
Bruce good luck with the surgery and please keep us updated as we are all pulling to get you back healthy. Mr. Manassas would be hard to miss as an excellent pitcher and a great hitter and a true gentleman of the game.
Vegas should be lots of fun and very competitive with the addition of Timberworks, Old Dawgs and D&K.

I told Clatterbaugh, (the other best looking #35 that catches) that surely he bought, the hitter who hit in front of him (Mr. Manassas), dinner at least once every tourney.

I don't think he ever makes an out and is always on base when Clatter is up.

The best part of playing major plus for me is the level of competition. I do not mean to infer that there is not a high level of competition in the other divisions, but if you give a major plus team an extra out, it could mean and did mean the difference between giving up 1 run or 9. Every batter every inning needs to produce, if you give away an at bat, it could mean the difference between scoring 9 or scoring considerably less.

SPA - Line Drive was a scoring machine. Superior was what they always are - never an easy out and fundamentally strong. Hollis had players splitting time with the 50's and still very strong. Edge was only an out away from winning every game, but one.

JBAS looks forward to seeing everyone in Vegas. Like I said this is going to be an EPIC tourney, everyone is going to need to bring their A(+) game.
