KT (Kinsiology) Tape
Anybody tried the KT Tape that all the athlete are using? I am thinking of getting some for my knee. Want to know if its a waste of money!

I have been using the kinesio for over 5 yrs. It works well for me. Especially, for knee area problems. I have treated shoulder and knee problems with it. The key is to apply the tape correctly to the affected muscle and joint areas. There are actual classess to certify theraphist on how to apply the KT tape properly. A good alternative is to purchase Kinesio tape that is "pre-cut" into the appropriate shape for the treated area. You must follow the instructions precisely when applying the 'pre-cut' tape.
