Forming a new Senior Softball Club
I am moving to Santa Cruz, CA in a couple of months & plan on forming a new softball club for seniors Men 60+ & Women 50 + I would like to know the procedures to be an affiliate of SSUSA. My plan is to use a 14" ball, starting as a recreational workout program that will hopefully develop into a league. I would like to hear from interested seniors & suggestions on how to proceed. I have some interested individuals already, but need as many as possible to make a successful program.

Things like waivers, insurance, etc. I need info on. Who should I contact @ SSUSA for help & information? I will be contacting recreation departments in Santa Cruz & Capitola for use of practice fields, etc. I have talked to Play it Again Sports & Jerry's Sports about distributing flyers.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My name is Bob Good, I can be contacted by E-Mail: bponomaui@comcast.net
