12-17 in Major Class will that player now be rated Major or retain his AAA rating for 2014.

I believe you'll be a major player for 2 yrs.. Happened to me once and didn't even know it.. So mak sure before you do it..

SSUSA does not rate players. However, we do keep track of the rating(s) of all teams a player participates with over time. If the player only has AAA history, but plays for a Major team in the Winter Worlds, (s)he will jump up a level and retain the Major rating experience history through the conclusion of the 2015 season. The player will be prohibited from participating at the AA level and will be restricted to being one of three allowable "out of rating" players at the AAA level in their own age group.
