pitching
I haven't pitched in the Seniors yet and I would like to confirm the elevation of the arc should be 6ft to 10ft and I can pitch from the edge of the pitchers box?

The arc is 6 to 12. That being said, no ump in the free world or known universe knows what 12' is and many struggle with 6'. Don't worry about mechanics. Work on your composure as every ump has a different concept of the arc. Everytime I pitch, I just hope the ump is consistant. Even though he might be way off, you can at least deal with it. You can pitch from the edge.
