How Softball Pro's use Rotational Mechanics to Hit 500 Feet SM#16
https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U&video_id=TMpd6LsNvSU

We use 6 right handed top major players, to demonstrate how far rotational mechanics have taken the game. These hitters have gone over 500 Feet...such as Connell hitting a ball 575 feet at Petco Park during the Bomber Tour. We show the steps of the swing and action shots of them hitting live and in high speed slow motion to capture the technique. They are so consistent with this swing they can hit the top or bottom of the ball as desired...for basehitting or power hitting.
Robo Blackburn, Kevin Kennington and Greg Connell for the 3 younger guys..Brian Wegman, Jeff Hall, and Johnny McCraw for the older pros. Swing Makeover #16. Shot at Softball magazines spring training

Bogey,
This is one of the best Swing Makeovers. Has a lot of great information and being able to see the pro's swing is great.
Thanks
SLi
