A thanks
I wanted to say thanks to all of you that came up this weekend and said hi as I stood in and hobbled around to help the Rio Grande 55M team that only had 10 guys for Friday and 11 on Sat. I have been a bit overwhelmed by the number of people I have met in the last 2 years and sincerely apologize to the people that it took a few minutes to remember.
To me, this weekend was very much what Senior Softball camaraderie is about.
Thank you All.

Webbie, it is always a pleasure seeing the guys you have play with and against for years...We as older men can't remember the names, but the faces we can remember and all the laughs we share together, as well as the competition...Just in case you don't remember me, I'm the right fielder on MBA Elite team, I think Rio 55 guys will know or at least the 3 guys I threw out on the bases...LOL Good seeing you again..Ron Chenier MBA Elite!

Ron-I will never forget your arm now. Wow! You made several strong throws and that one to third was amazing from deep right field. I did not put you together with rightrj1 until now. Thanks Ron!

Ron, that throw to third was sick. I told the team didn't you guys pay attention when he almost threw me out at second. I play with the Rio Grande 55's leftfield. I hit a ball off the RF wall and was cruising into second, until I saw the SS get into position for a throw. I decided, I better haul butt and had to slide into second to make it safely. I looked at your SS and said "What a frigin throw, that man has a cannon." He calmly responded 'yea, not bad' with a big grin on his face.
Hope to see you guys again at future tourneys Your a Class Act.

Senior Softball Camaraderie..... You are So right Webbie, I just missed my first Las Vegas tourney in 12 years and I surely did miss all you old geezers. The Games are fine but for me, it’s just seeing some great guys with great attitudes who really can play this game of Softball. I hear that there were some great defensive plays and hitting going on in LV. Webbie I don't even have to ask, I know you hit the heck out of the ball. And what do you mean you were hobbling around? How the knee doing these days?
