I fell 6 weeks ago crossing home plate and went headlong into the backstop my left shoulder took the brunt of it. since i am left handed i hardly can throw the ball 30 feet. Does not bother to bat. Any suggestions on rehab. Thanks |

I separated my shoulder 3 years ago, and I haven't quite been the same since. Between a 2nd and 3rd degree separation. Could have been much worse. Running between 1st and 2nd on a double play. Ball thrown to first hit me in the neck, knocking me completely out. When I hit the ground, it separated my left shoulder. Had a Cat scan with die for the neck, regular Cat scan for the shoulder. Shoulder injuries are tricky. Best to get a very good Ortho doc to look at this. |
