Texas Pride 50\'s AA
Tourney results from Las Vegas Tourneys?? Why are they not posted for any Divisions? I\'m looking for 2006 Men\'s AA results, scores, brackets, teams entered. This tournament was a month ago, that should be enough time to have website up dated. Does any one know of a web site with the results?
FYI: As manager of TEXAS PRIDE, I added only two AAA players to our roster. These two players were replacements for an injured player and one who could not get off work. I was told I could have added up to three players from one class higher, if I wanted to. Theses players played well, but were not all tournament selections. We had one other player who played with us from the San Antonio 50\'s AA rated team. This player has played with us before. The last time was at the SPA Nationals in Plano, Tx this year. This player was playing with the San Antonio 50\'s last year in Vegas. At that time his team was disqualified because a player used an altered bat. THAT PLAYER ONLY was banned from the LVSSA Tournament for two years. At the time of the LVSSA World 2006, I was unaware of any problems with this player. I informed the tournament director the 3 players added to our team. They were approved to play. Also, our team was rated by: The SPA, SSUSA, LVSSA as a men\'s AA team. Out of seven games played in Vegas, only one was not close. All other games could have gone either way.

I didn't get to see the 2 undefeated teams play on Sun. but when I hear the coach from the other team, Currie Trucking say that you didn't belong in AA cause you hit 10 over the fence in their game. I saw the championship game against OTD, after 2 innings the score was 10-1, it seem like you guys put it cruise control, after that inning. On Sat. the person taking care of the bracketts made the comment to 1 of your ball players that you didn't belong in AA. When a team can hit the ball as hard as you did & can take it yard as offten as you did you do not belong in AA. All the other teams were evenly match, but I understand you got your ring. Hopefully the summit will come up with a way to monitor teams, fairly.

Craig, I coach Agave Homes out of Tucson, we finished 7th in Vegas. I'm not blaming you for what you did. LVSSA needs to take a better look @ their policy. By allowing teams to pick up ballplayers from the next upper division, takes away the integrity of AA. Majority of the teams were all AA players. The playing field so be fair for all teams.

Freddie,
Why are you “about to be booted out of the message board”?

Larry,
IF your team hit 10 homers in one game, you have no business playing in AA. That is only common sense. I don’t care what bats and balls are being used.
