Prayers for NM players' family
It has just come to my attention that a player from one of our local NM teams passed away during this past weekends Worlds. His name was Donny Martinez and he was pitching for the 55AA Diamond Cats out of Las Cruces/Deming NM. He suffered a heart attack and passed away at the hospital in Las Vegas.
Our prayers and Gods Blessings to his family.

Our 1st Interiors team would like to express our sympathy and thoughts to the family of Don Martinez and the New Mexico Diamond Cats. We never thought as we shook hands with Don after the game that this would have happened he battled the whole game with no indications of problems. Great competitor and pitcher. It made our team realize that it was just a game and there are more important things in this World! We lost a brother, prayers for him and the family.
