What makes a good tournament for you?
What makes a tournament a good one for you? Here are some criteria and my rough ranking of their importance to me. Let's hear your thoughts.

Well prepared fields
Lots of games
Equally matched competition/classification system well enforced
Competent umpires
2 umpires per game
Well organized schedule
Water in dugouts
Consideration for out of town teams in scheduling
Seating for spouses/fans
Official scorekeepers provided
EMT's available

Other possibilities, but way down my list:
Social activities (BBQ's etc)
Trophies
Individual awards
Cool T Shirts and merchandise
Tournament located in attractive tourist area
All star/all tournament teams
Official tournament hotels

I think you pretty much have it covered with the list you provided though better prizes for the top three teams in each division would be high on my list

TT: I think you've spoken for most of us. I would only add lots more shade at most parks.

I love the format for the SSWS,no time limit, decent ball & bats, unlimited HR,centrally located in the US which is fair travel for both coasts, well kept fields, beer in the concession stands....
