Winter Nationals - Fort Myers
The 60 Major + was played at a new complex in Naples. The fields were big - about 325 and brand new. They were in excellent condition, especially considering they are new.

The balls used were Trump 375, 44 CORs. With the Ultra IIs and Senior Combats, some home runs were hit - even on these fields. Dave Reed of Team Florida hit 3 OUT in one game against us!

Congratulations to Team Florida for winning. Order of finish:
Team Florida (3-1)
Boaz Export Crating (5-2)
Scrap Iron (2-2)
Joe B's (2-3)
Monkey Joes ((0-3)

Lot's of great competition and we look forward to 2007!

The 60+ AA also played at the North Collier.Comples in Naples They have 5 absolutely beautiful ball fields! One small adjustment I'd make to that facility would be the addition of an extra refreshment stand. There were lines at times and made it difficult to grab something in between games. Other than that small complaint, the place is outstanding!!! Great Tournament!!!!
