Tournament team
I play in the R.I. senior league 50+. I have tried to get my team to play in a few tournaments but about half the team isn't interested so I've decided to put together a tournament team for 2015.
Approx. half the players on my team are into it and have committed(7 to be exact). I have rounded out my team by recruiting some players from other teams in my division who are basically in the same boat that I'm in.

We're planning on playing in the Ct. Masters tournament, the Northeast Championships and the R.I. Classic and possibly others if we fair well. All these tournaments are qualifiers so I want to make sure I make no mistakes when it comes to eligibility.

Having not done this before I have a couple of questions and would also be happy to hear any tips.

Questions:
Do I just submit a roster at the tourney or do I have to submit one to SSUSA? All players are on sanctioned league teams and registered with SSUSA.
How do I get the team classified? AA, AAA, etc.
Are there any sanctioning body rules for tournament play that I can refer to?

Tips? Hell, whatever you've got I'll listen.

Thanks in advance!

First thing I can tell you is if you are registering as a new team you will be a AAA team and if you are all under 55 you will be a 50 AAA team.

There are actually 4 or more players on our team that play or have played in your league in RI.
