Bruce, you playing in Birmingham? May have to play snowball
We're planning on it. Hopefully we'll get good weather.
Hey Bruce and All, my standing rule is that it must be 50+ degrees and fair weather. It has been in the 60's the couple of Saturdays! I will not wait until the latter part of the week to make a decision on the tourney.

Wes, let me know if your team would like to be included. Thanks
Steve, looks as if you have the same rules for your tournament as I have for bp!
Bruce, you know what they say about keen minds?! It is kind of a shame though, keen minds and good looks for the 2 of us!!
Good News (for the moment)! Long-range forecast for the 28th: 60+ degrees and fair weather. Do not uncross fingers and toes yet!

Still can take a 70/65/60 team. Thanks

Not looking good.
Young48 thats the forecast i'm looking at, was coming down with Bluegrass we have had 3 or 4 back out already. I'm going to be # 5 will call coach tonight, We have lots of tourneys to play in this year & bats cost to much lol.
Agreed, not looking good; certainly will not play unless weather changes dramatically. Will make final decision on Monday morning.
Crazy weather! high today: 31; high tomorrow (Saturday) 60!!
We played at around 50 degrees at 8 in the morning at the TOC. It's just a warm up tournament so dress warm. Good luck to everyone and play ball.
I heard there is a good tournament in Panama City Beach the next weekend. Long range forecast for that weekend is 70 Degrees and clear. Should be great.
steve I am sorry but james r smith is out for this weekend to wet and cold is what my player are thinking again sorry and god bless
Totally understand Kenny. Weather is above my pay grade! I have posted a cancellation for everyone. See you in Montgomery perhaps.
Considering a one-day tourney on Saturday, April 11. Please let me know if you are interested. Thanks. Expecting 3-5 inches of snow tomorrow (Wednesday)!!
Steve could we have a snowball battle instead of a softball tournament, snowballs don't hurt as bad!!!!! Besides I might get a shot at the guy who kicked me last year, finger gets very cold and sore during winter.
Now Jim, he apologized! Usually snowball fights do not hurt as bad; but, I remember one at Ft. Lewis in Tacoma, Washington. Basic Training unit. I was Supply Sergeant. Snowball fight with drill sergeants. I did not mean to scoop up a big rock in the snowball that I threw at one particularly tough hombre. Tore a fist size hole through his D I hat!! I was about to finish my time and had a hat for a souvenir. He took it from me!!
