Manteca Hall of Fame Tourney
I am looking to play in Manteca Tourney. I am now playing 55 Majors. I can play anywhere. 5Os OR 55s..... The Team I am on isn't going to play in this Tourney and it is close to where I live. Rick cell#209 482-1726

For me personally,, I wouldn't waste my time... They gave us the worse fields at the worst times... every single year.. my whole team is boycotting this tourney... We played on a sun field three straight years and were forced to play back to back to back because of leagues coming in.. worst ran piece of blank tourney, I ever played in!!!!!

Come on Richie...if it wasn't for mikes double play and joe always wanting to be home team you guys would have won the hall of fame three years ago, and I think you still have my watch from two years ago...

So why be so upset with Manteca?

It cannot be because short people must be accompanied by an adult to use the cages is it?

It's sad to hear the Warriors are not going to Manteca...that's one less top team

Richie we need you guys in that tournament it's our best nor cal tournament. The sun field sucks for sure. It changes the game I wish they would put some of the lower groups to deal with it. They did one year they didn't like it either. They always put us on the biggest field I don't mine that it eliminates cheap home runs. I've got to talk to big ron. See you this weekend in Turlock.

Talk to Big Ron, he is as Fed up as I am...I don't mind playing on the Big field but not at 6 to 8pm when the sun is right there.. It's BS.. no team should have to do that! Three years straight we had enough.. and we had to play there last year 3 straight at sun time... total BS!

Richie I will talk to him tonight. I hate the sun field four years ago we had an option to go to another field where there was no sun. I talked to the other coach an he wanted to play on the sun field because he felt it's the only way they could beat us. We had to give them 5 runs. We were furious it worked until the open inning we could finally see the ball. We won the game like 28 to 8. I understand ron an your teams frustration we had to deal with the same thing I'm going to work on the tournament director john to see if we can change fields or do something besides play on a field you can't see the ball to hit it.
