While we know the hips lead the swing, working the Hip Rotation and Drive and Extension of the Hands and Bathead snap, must be in balance to hit properly.

Good stuff...I had a recent hip injury and my timing and power dropped of the planet.
I'm still coming around slowly, but now it seems I have to retrain everything.
