Discussion: SSUSA Card
Does our 2015 SSUSA Card expire after worlds in Oct? Do we need a new card for the first tourney in PHX in Nov since it counts as a 2016 event?
SSUSA cards that expire at the end of the 2015 Season expire at the conclusion of your age group's play at the World Masters Championships. Players participating in any 2016 Season event, such as the Winter Nationals (Ft. Myers) and/or Winter Worlds (Phoenix) in November must have a card valid through at least the 2016 Season.
Thank you for the quick response!
Question for the SSUSA STAFF. My card expires at the end of October 2015 and I was trying to renew my card for the next season but the SSUSA STAFF said I couldn't renew my card until November for the 2016 Season. So that being said how will I and new players to Senior Softball get thier Cards before Winter Worlds in November? You should be able to renew your cards anytime. The deadline for Winter Worlds is Oct 27th
Card renewal availability is triggered annually when the SSUSA player database "rolls over" to the new season at the conclusion of the current World Masters Championships for your age group ... This is to prevent even the possibility that a player not yet attaining a given age group is issued a Player Card for the next group before that player is eligible ... You should have no problem renewing in October for the early 2016 events in Ft. Myers and/or Phoenix ... Thanks
