Is a team that won a SPA tournament, namely the Silver division at the 75 AAA National in Columbus, Ohio eligible for the TOC?

Invitations to the SSUSA's Original Tournament of Champions in Polk County, FL, in February are extended only to the winners of SSUSA sanctioned Regional Championships (those designated as TOC Qualifiers), the ISA Winter Nationals and ISA Senior Worlds, the Canadian SPN National Championships, the All-Japan Champion Cup International Tourney and all 80+ and 85+ year old teams ...
