| Aug. 27, 2015 SSUSA Staff 3483 posts | WORLD MASTERS CHAMPIONSHIPS ENTRY DEADLINES INFORMATION The rolling entry deadlines for the 2015 LVSSA/SSUSA World Masters Championships are rapidly approaching. For Sessions #1 (Men’s 55’s and 60’s) and #2 (Men’s 65’s through 85’s), the deadline is 5:00 PM PDT on Friday, September 4th. We will publish a Preliminary Team List at the close of business on Thursday, September 3rd. The SSUSA Home Office will be closed over the weekend, and on Labor Day, Monday, September 7th. On Tuesday, September, 8th, we will be making follow-up calls to teams that say they are entered but may not yet have designated a qualifying roster and/or not made their entry fee payment. At 12:00 noon Tuesday, the entry lists will be frozen and DRAFT game schedule preparation will commence. For Session #3 (Men’s 50’s and all Women’s divisions), the same procedures will take place for the preliminary team list publication on Thursday, September 10th, entry deadline at 5:00 PM PDT on Friday, September 11th, follow-up calls by Noon PDT on Monday, September 14th and DRAFT Game schedule preparation commencing that afternoon. Teams that do not meet these deadlines will not be participating. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this timeline. Thank you for your cooperation and Good Luck to all! |

If you are planning to attend and your team is NOT currently listed, here is what you must do BEFORE 5:00 PM PDT ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4th ... • Contact the Sacramento Office by phone immediately at (916) 326.5303 to advise us that you are attending; • Designate the Qualifying Roster you will be using as your World Masters base roster; and • Tender full payment of your entry fee ... The Sacramento office will be closed on the weekend and through Labor Day, but entries will CLOSE as indicated above ... On Tuesday, we will contact any previously entered teams that may not have completed all three steps above ... As 12:00 NOON on Tuesday, 09/08/15, schedule preparation will commence and entries will be frozen ... There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the deadlines ... Thank you for your participation and good luck! ...
