Pacific Rim Championships
I was chosen to play in this tournament during the Worlds in Vegas. My question is, what bat is recommended for use with the rubber coated Joyful ball by Kenko? A senior bat or an ASA?

I have umpired a few of these games in the past. Hitting the ball square is more important than the type of bat you use.

I'm more concerned with the ball harming a senior bat.

I have play in tournaments with this ball and I agree with Tim. You need to hit this ball square. Your bat choice should be what you are most comfortable with. We never had any issues with damaging a senior bat hitting this ball.
