SSUSA, You want us to fill out forms, but you don't look at our yearly records at all,you only on tournaments records. A team with a 27&23 record should not qualify as a major team no matter how lucky they get in a major tournament.

First, spell check is your friend. Second, you want ssusa to use your league play for what division you should play in?

A team with a .540 winning percentage (27-23) appears PERFECTLY rated to me ...

DAVE DOWELL, AGAINST TRIPLE A AND DOUBLE A, AND THEN LOSE TO ALL THE MAJOR TEAMS BY AT LEAST 10-15 RUNS. SOUNDS FAIR TO ME

RV ... You seem to be a pretty persistent and stubborn fella ... But until you follow the advice that has been given about FILING A FORMAL RATING APPEAL, you should plan on playing right where you are rating-wise ... Anonymous Message Board commentary is NOT going to get it done to your satisfaction ... Good luck!

I think that STAFF has stated this enough times that people would get the point. They will at least review the situation and assess it as long as you follow the process. I think you can only complain if you follow the process and then get a decision you don't think is fair. Just my 2 cents.

RV has (14) total posts and is "disgruntled" in every one of them. :-(

SSUSA Staff does a very fair job rating players & moving teams, and will do anything within reason to fix issues as they arise.

I suggest filling out the "formal rating appeal" properly and submit it.

It is a daunting task to keep teams in multiple age divisions and classifications all happy. My experience with SSUSA/Staff/Dave and more, is they are not trying to upset anybody, and truly do want to resolve topics of discussion as possible.

Nothing is perfect, everybody needs to do the best they can to follow procedures.

Yes,it is a business too. (referring to some of your other posts)

Good Luck.

RV hope you reach menopause soon.
The whining gets old. If you don't like the way things are run go play in another association.
HAVE A NICE DAY!!!!

If all your wins a coming against AAA and AA teams (don't know why you would be playing against AA teams), then you should be playing major. If you are losing by 10-15 runs to major teams (find that hard to believe with the 5 run inning limit), then appeal the right way as the staff and others have said.
