I do have an active link to "Renew Online" and when I click it there is then a page with another link to go to 2016. But when I choose the 5-year option (I'm eligible for an older division next year) for $60, my shopping cart is showing the membership to expire after the 2019 season. The card should really expire after the 2020 season (2016,2017,2018,2019,2020- 5 years).

Any idea how to get this corrected?

I suspect the guys having trouble may be changing age groups for 2016.The only players on my team who had trouble were 64 yr olds who were eligible to play 65's in the winter tournament and who turned 65 in 2016. I would suggest you call the office as my two guys did and ask for Tiffany. She got them both signed up over the phone. There was another guy who gave them bad info stating they couldn't sign up until Nov 1st. The team managers ( on their roster) also see a message stating these players can't renew until Nov 1st.

Also it seems you can only sign up for 5 yrs if you have 5 yrs left in that age group. Since I signed up for one yr at 65 when I renewed it only let me sign up for 4 yrs when I renewed this time.

I waited to post assuming SSUSA would answer these questions.

The player database system is designed to allow for online renewals AFTER the commencement of the LAST Session of the World Masters Championships ... That session (#4) begins this Friday, 10/23/15 for the Men's 40-Masters ... This feature is a small safeguard to prevent anyone from renewing for an older age group than they are entitled to participate ... For those who lack the patience to wait another few days, please call the Sacramento Office at (916) 326.5303 during normal business hours in the Pacific Time Zone and someone will take your renewal ... Thanks!

Lefty, my card expired, and that note doesn't show up. I did it by phone.
