She told me that if your team is short players to field a full team, that you can call and ask for an exception to the bordering state rule. Their phone number is 916-326-5303. My name is Tom Turton, I am 64 and have a 65 ID card as will turn 65 in 2016, and my card # is 5109-50648. I can play anywhere. I am a good player, not a great player. My greatest asset is my running. I play mostly shortstop, but am also quick in the outfield. If playing outfield, not many hits will be doubles as I charge every ball hit.
