I have a good handle on a large variety of weight and cardio exercises. However, do any of you have 2 or 3 specific "upper body" weight training exercises that you have found to really aid in your ability to hit a ball with power. I am now bumping 72 and trying to hang on to what I got or maybe even defy nature and build more strength/power. |
