| Jan. 4, 2016 SSUSA Staff 3483 posts | SSUSA's TOP GUN WINTER CLASSIC 2016 • DRAFT Game Schedules & Brackets DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets for SESSION #1 of the SSUSA's 2016 Top Gun Winter Classic on Menifee, CA, have been posted and are available from the links below and on the event's Tournament Page ... As always, these DRAFT schedules are TENTATIVE, are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" at the Manager's meeting before play commences ... NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the Manager meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed, as all roster changes were previously approved through the Sacramento home office ... Managers who do not attend the Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director. ADVERSE WEATHER POLICY: All "Play or No-play" decisions are made by Tournament Officials AT THE FIELDS OF PLAY AT GAME TIME ... Please have your team present and ready to play according to the published game times ... If weather affects the tournament, competition procedures for tournament recovery are listed in the Official Senior Softball-USA Rulebook at §10 on page 54 ...
