Looking.
New to Florida. I have a Major Plus designation for 70 SSUSA, Major for SPA.
If I'm reading the rules correctly, I could play for any 70 Major Plus team east of the Mississippi for SSUSA. If there is a team that is looking, I would be interested in talking with you.

You are correct; also, you may play for a 70 Major team with 2 or less Major Plus on the roster already in the state of FLA or any bordering state.
