March 15, 2016 DCPete 409 posts | 2-Piece vs 1-Piece Are there any absolute pros (or cons) for a 2-piece bat vs a 1-piece bat or does it still come down each particular bat's construction? The 2-piece bats seem to have a bigger sweet spot but that's just an unscientific feeling so any opinions, or better yet, facts would be appreciated. |
March 16, 2016 Mannjo 61 posts | DCPete, I just played in a tournament in Florida and my two piece bat telescoped. Called where I punched it and also called Miken. Told no warranty on senior bats. I am in the process of trying to work something out with Miken.i could see if I cracked the bat or broke it. But this is a manufacturing issue. I was told this has happened to two piece bats. Just my thoughts for you to consider. |
