| March 22, 2016 SSUSA Staff 3483 posts | SPRING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2016 • DRAFT Game Schedules & Brackets DRAFT Game Schedules and Brackets for the SSUSA's Spring World Championships 2016 in St. George, UT, have been posted and are available from the links below and on the event's Tournament Page ... As always, these DRAFT schedules are TENTATIVE, are subject to change and become final ONLY when released as "OFFICIAL" at the Manager's meeting the evening before play commences ... NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the Manager meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed, as all roster changes were previously approved through the Sacramento home office ... Managers who do not attend the Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director. TIME ZONE NOTE: St. George, UT, is in the Mountain time zone ... Many of you will be staying in Mesquite, NV, which is in the Pacific time zone ... St. George is one hour AHEAD of Mesquite, so that 9:00 AM MDT = 8:00 AM PDT ... Rather than trying to remember to change your watch twice a day, we recommend relying on your cell phone clock ... The effective revision date is 03/23/2016 and all prior dated copies should be discarded ... The 65-Major and 70-Platinum Divisions have been re-scheduled to The Fields at Little Valley for TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY ONLY ... All divisions of play will conclude at The Canyons Complex on Thursday ... Thus far, St. George Parks & Rec. Dept. personnel are confident that the Session #2 schedule will not be impacted by the Field #4 maintenance issues ... Thank you all for your patience and good luck! |
