Update on a bat issue
About three weeks ago I posted a note about how my miken ultra 2 piece bat telescoped and I was upset with Miken.
Well due to the help I received from Mike Macenko who put me in touch with John Baer of Miken ,they have looked at my bat and sent me a replacement. I have always used Miken bats and after this great customer service would not hesitate to buy another.
Once again thanks Mike and John.
Also thanks to everyone who offered suggestions and to George ,who gave me Mike's name.

Good to hear since my team just did a buy in deal with Miken. The gear is being delivered today, will be hitting my new Big Cat tonight at the cages!

Glad to hear everything worked out for you! I personally have never had an issue with Miken's service and it goes without saying that Big Mike is the man when it comes to customer service and getting sh*t looked after...

So does this mean if I have the same bat problem as Mannjo had. It won't be resolved by Miken unless I can get help from Gorilla Boy?

Bubble gum,I looked to Mike to put me in touch with a Miken Rep,instead of being bounced around. Mike did this for me. Plus my bat issue was different than just a crack or break. I needed to talk to a person that was involved in the engineering end. Mike pointed me in the right direction.,but it ultimately became Miken's call.
