Looking to join 55 team in Indiana
I am located in the Kokomo IN. area. My current 50's team (Blue Grass Softball, 50 AAA) is playing about 8-9 tournaments this year, all south of me. Since I am also eligible to play the 55 bracket (DOB Sept 60) I was wondering if a 55 team was looking to add a player. I can play 1st, catch or DH. Can hit for power or average, which ever you need. I also know of a guy in my area who can still run the outfield and is looking to try senior ball If interested contact me here or for faster response email me directly at southerinman@gmail.com.

You might want to come down and visit the Brickyard this weekend. Some of the finest 55 teams in the Midwest will be playing. I really enjoyed watching your championship game in Columbus.

Thanks for the kind words, we played well in Columbus. I put a post up earlier in the week seeing if anyone needed a player for this weekend since I'm only an hour or so away but I don't know if you can add this close to the tourney. I was thinking of driving down on Saturday but have a lot of yard/garage work that needs done.

Is it possible to add players to the roster the day of the tournament? I will be down at the Brickyard just in case a 55 team is short.

Teams may add players on the first day of the tournament if:

• The player is already currently registered with SSUSA;
• The player is otherwise eligible as to age and residency to be on that team's roster; and
• The player is added BEFORE the team plays it's FIRST game of the tournament ... After the first pitch, rosters are locked and no additions can be made ...

Good luck, we hope you find something that fits for you ...

Thank you Staff. I plan on being down at Midwest around noon and hopefully can find a 55 team either short handed for this tournament or who is playing a schedule simular to my current Blue Grass schedule so I can play both age groups this year.
